It is very important to us you are happy with your product, therefore we accept returns and require the steps below to be followed to allow for a smooth process.

Return Process:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Please make sure all items are in original condition with tags and Include a copy of the order confirmation email.
- Email us hello@betterblooms.co with order number, return items, and reason for return.
- If you have more than one order, process the items in each order as a separate return.
- Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded.
Policy
- Return labels can only be provided for Continental US orders at this time and we will deducted from the order amount returned.
- Please allow 7-14 days after return is received for your refund to be processed.
- Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Returns that do not meet the return policy conditions will be subject to restocking fees and denial of the refund.
